This is before we took off on the MKT trail, that connects Columbia to the Katy Trail that leads us to the Les Bourgeois Winery. There were 12 of us. The rest of pictures show us riding the trail, the hike up to the winery, and winery with beautiful river view. And finally the attempt to get home, which included a flat, a long stop with crazy behavior, and the Big Tree, a 300+ year old Burr Oak. They aren't exactly in order but I am too lazy to screw around with that.

Those are great photos. I'm jealous of your bike riding adventures (I don't have any coming way until I can drag Leo in the trailer). And your title photo of your cats is strangely hilarious.
I didn't want to tell you until I knew the outcome--their sister Sage disappeared from Elizabeth's house Easter Sunday. She came back this past Tuesday, all was well in the end.
There may be irony in this or numerology, but my favorite photos are #4 from the top and #4 from the bottom. (Numbers 5 and 8 from the bottom are also very nice, but it was the 4s that appealed to me first.) The top one is great because your hair is swept back--really looks like movement. The bottom one reminded me of my mom. I think it is because it has a very late thirties to forties look, the time she would have been a young woman. It is also lovely because of composition and color and such, but it tugged at me somehow out of my memory of some other picture (I guess).
Gee, I managed too parenthetical comments in one short paragraph.
